1.1The General Terms and Conditions of WE ARE ALL are valid to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of WE ARE ALL. Ordering from our webshop means you agree to these terms and conditions. Read this carefully before you place an order. 2.2 When the order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail which includes details of your order.
2.3 Pictures and specifications are for indication. All products are handmade and can therefore be slightly different. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see article 5), but it cannot be a reason to submit a claim.
2.4 There may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of obvious errors such as price difference or typos.
3.3 All product prices are including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
3.4 Credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are automatically transferred via an encrypted and secure system to the payment provider, full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Masterard there is extra protection through special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

4.4 Until the moment of delivery WE ARE ALL is responsible for the order. After delivery, the responsibility is transferred to you.
4.5 Late or lost deliveries
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international deliveries) – our courier deems items as “lost” after this amount of time. We advise all items are delivered to home addresses as if an item is delivered to an office, it can sometimes go missing if signed for by a colleague or left in an unknown place.
If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged or the incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery. If you do not receive goods ordered within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be to redeliver, refund or replace any damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.
5.Returns & Exchanges
5.1 You can return you order within 30 days and we will refund the money within 14 business days. Return the order to:

Make sure you include a note with your name, order number, reason of return and IBAN-number or fill in the return form.
5.2 Incase of a sale or a sample sale, items can not be exchanged or returned. These sales are final.
5.3 The return of an article is only possible when the article:
- Is in undamaged state
- Is not worn and/or used
- Includes the original packaging. WE ARE ALL reserves the right to refuse returned items.
5.4 Exchanging your item is only possible if you returned your original order and purchase the right item. We will refund you as soon as we received the return.
5.5 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are for the customers account.
5.6 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse the returned items.
6.1 After the order delivery WE ARE ALL gives a one-month guarantee on the quality of the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, feel free to send us an email to s with pictures of the items.
6.2 WE ARE ALL will propose a suitable alternative. We will decide if we will repair the item, replace the item or refund your money.
6.3 In the case of a refund, refund will take place within 14 working days after verification.
6.4 Warranty is not applicable if the product has defects caused by improper use, or if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product, or if it has been used in a manner for which the item is not intended.
7.1 All photos and images used by WE ARE ALL are protected by copyright. Without written permission from us, photographs and images may not be reproduced and used in public.
8.1 All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
