*WHERE IS MY JEWELRY MADE?
WE ARE ALL jewelry is designed in the Netherlands made in Europe. A small selection of our styles are manufactured in different places in Europe, keeping the quality high. We are against fast fashion and machine made jewelry. Therefore our items are made in family owned business by hand in small batches.
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be send within two working days.
If you have selected a (pre-order) made to order item, it will be produced by one of our jewellers. This takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks time depending on the difficulty of the piece Intricate statement earrings are handmade, putting settings one by one soldered together taking a huge amount of time to produce.
Gold plating requires an extra stage in production so may take a little longer.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and once more when your item is shipped.

*HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER
You can return the item to us, return shipment costs is covered by you. In the mean time you can place a new order. Once we’ve received your return we will refund you within 14 days.
*CAN I ORDER AN ITEM IN A DIFFERENT METAL? FOR EXAMPLE SOLID GOLD ?
For most items that’s possible. Send us an e-mail and let’s have a chat. However these items are final sale item and can not be returned since we custom made it just for you. Please note that custom orders can take up to 6 weeks. We will ofcourse keep you posted on the process.
*HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK
We make everything by hand in small batches. We keep our stock tight and mostly make to order but keep an eye on our bestsellers and make sure we have extras!
*HOW LONG WILL GOLD/SILVER PLATING LAST?
Plating naturally wears off over time, to make it last long never use any soaps or chemicals while wearing gold plating, including washing hands. In every order we put our jewelry care card just in case you need to check what you can or can't do.
*DOES YOUR JEWELRY CONTAIN NICKEL?
Our jewelry is nickel free
* HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

*DOES MY ORDER FIT THROUGH THE MAILBOX?
Yes! we package our orders with special care and our boxes fit through the mailbox. However, if you've shopped the entire collection.. well.. obviously it comes in a bigger box ;)
*WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE MY SHIPMENT?
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched we can't do anything about it anymore.

*WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES ?
Customers outside of Europe will be charged duties and taxes. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
*Do you have warranty on the jewelry?
Our warranty is 6 months on any manufacturing fault.
Manufacturing fault do not inculde:
- Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones.
- Broken chains.
- General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidized.
- stones that fall out after 3 months of purchase
